Weapons of the World

Dear Precious Friends,
As we embrace the gift of a new day, and start our day we are reminded immediately to start our first thought and our day with the one who gave us everything.... Jesus. He is our first thought, our purpose and reason we are here.
Our scripture and image today reminds us that our battle is spiritual and on our knees.
Throughout the pages of the Bible, men and women have faced doubts and accusations from Satan – the enemy of God and His people. When we are weak or vulnerable, Satan sneaks in to remind us that we cannot trust God or His promises.
Adam and Eve faced Satan’s temptation in the Garden of Eden.
Jesus faced Satan’s false promises in the desert.
You and I face Satan’s accusations on a daily basis.
The apostle Paul surely knew of the accusations of Satan. In fact, Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 that he was often plagued by a mysterious “thorn in his flesh” that constantly reminded him of his pain and struggle. When doubts of God’s goodness arose, Paul would remind himself of God’s promises and press forward in the truth of Jesus’s love. No argument or pretense could stand when God’s Truth became the lense by which Paul viewed them.
PLEASE MY FRIENDS... LET'S REMEMBER TO WRITE HIS PROMISES OUT... CARRY THEM WITH US... HERE'S A LINK ...
TAKE EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE... WOW WOW WOW... HOW?????
WHEN A THOUGHT COMES THAT ISN'T FROM GOD... HERE IS OUR ARMOR!!! CLAIM HIS PROMISES OVER OUR LIVES! HIS PROMISES ARE YES AND AMEN.
These experiences led Paul to write today’s verse, in which the apostle reminds the Corinthian believers that we have the power to take every temptation, doubt, and accusation captive and put them up against the power and truth of Jesus.
When we take God’s Word and place the promises and truth inside against our fears and doubts, they are demolished and abolished. In making our thoughts about Jesus instead of our problems, we prove that Jesus has truly become the Lord of our lives. When we live with this kind of Holy Spirit power, no doubt or temptation can overcome us in our lives!
This is how we take all thoughts captive and make them obedient to Jesus.
Stand on the promises of God and see His influence. Write them on your heart! We are not a hostage to our thoughts… we have the presence of God in us through the Holy Spirit. When we call on His name He is closer to us than we think or imagine. We are driven by the power of God that demolishes every stronghold. Worry is not our master. We trust in God. His presence guards our heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We are children of God. We can control how we frame our mind through the word of God that comes to rescue us when we carry the promises of God.
We must not interpret our circumstances any other way than interpreting our circumstances through God.
The weapons we fight with are able to demolish every stronghold with the peace of God. Faith rises in the promises of God. Take everything , carry it in prayer, cover everything you do in prayer. nothing will go against what God will want to do in our . We won’t be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and thanksgiving our concerns to God and the peace of God that passes all understanding covers us.
The promises of God stand forever.
Yes my friends, this image.. is us... ARMOR UP... LET'S GO...
there is a world out there that needs us and greater is HE who is in us than HE who is in the world.
Now my friends join me and stand in agreement by saying YES & AMEN!
May be an image of 1 person and text that says 'The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 Beauty for Ashes- and Healing in Jesus Christ'
