Dear Precious Friends,
As we start our Soul Filled Sunday and intentionally worship our Lord for who He is and what He has done.. I love starting my time with Him listening to beautiful music that expresses my heart and love for Him. This song is a gift that I know you will love that starts our time with Him with such praise and worship, filled with truth. It is amazing we can access the Lords presence because of what he did on the cross for us! When the veil was torn in 2 He gave us this access to Him. We are so overwhelmed and grateful for the love He gave us on the cross... Thank you Lord for what you did on the cross... There is no one like you Jesus.
As we begin the gift of a new day lets remember what He did for us and how we are to live our lives for HIm.
Lets praise and worship Him today and every day for the truth of who He is and what He has done!! He is alive!! Death was overcome and we have the same resurrection power in us... we sing hallelujah!!!
We are overcomer's through Him who loves us!!! We are still here because He has work for us to do!!!
As we walk the season of kids returning to school lets remember to pray for our teachers, students, community, leaders and remember those who are weak and in great need.
I love Isaiah 40:29
"He gives power to the weak, and strength to the powerless." Isaiah 40:29
God has not called us to face these difficult times in our own strength. In our own strength we can lose heart and become discouraged. But in our weakness, we can find strength in Him, just as Paul did when he asked the Lord to heal him of his thorn in the flesh and God said No, but I am with you. He said, "My grace is sufficient for you; for power is perfected in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). Likewise, no matter how challenging things get, or how weary we become, As a follower of Christ He is with us, and we can rely on His all-powerful strength to get us through. He never grows weary.
When we carry burdens that seems too heavy to bear we can tell God so. Then ask Him to show His strength in your time of weakness. Isaiah 40:31 says, "Those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary." Receive His strength today! He gives us strength of mind, strength of body, strength of spirit, and all the power we need to rise above our circumstances and overcome!
He does make us brave!!! AMEN!!!
