Heart of Wisdom

Dear Precious Friends,
On this beautiful new day, this gift from God, we commit our day to Him first, seek Him first, fill our soul with His word and share our heart and petitions with Him remembering to number our days so we may gain a heart of wisdom.
We are praying for our country, our children and all that is happening with covid, hospitalizations, mask debates, etc.
Let's keep perspective on eternity and why God has us here for such a time as this. Only one live will soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last!
Once again we are facing the Covid threat to a high degree and this brings out fear and what is usually behind this fear is not knowing Jesus. We know He tells us Fear Not 366 times in the Bible. One for each day plus an extra for leap year. My friends, this is no coincidence.
We are to begin with the end in mind. As believers we know the victory has been won. Whenever anyone asks me how I'm doing, I always say Grateful because I know this! No matter what I am walking through, I am grateful because I know the rest of the story!!!! I know every knee will bow and I'm going to heaven and I'll be with all the loved ones who have gone before me.
Because I'm not in heaven yet, I know God has me here for such a time as this and my friends... we are here to share Jesus because one day Every Knee will bow, however for some it will be too late and this is where we must focus our efforts as believers while we are still here. Building relationships, responding to all things speaking the truth in love, and representing our Lord in such a way people see Him when they see us and want what we have!
Jesus knows the circumstances of every soul. You may say, I am sinful, very sinful. You may be; but the worse you are, the more you need Jesus. He turns no weeping, contrite one away. He does not tell to any all that He might reveal, but He bids every trembling soul take courage. Freely will He pardon all who come to Him for forgiveness and restoration.
When Jesus is revealed in all his glory, the only response will be to fall to our knees. The magnitude of who he is and the glory of his presence will cause it to happen. In that moment, your opinion won’t matter because His presence will be too great.
It’s important to recognize the bowing of our knee can take place now by acknowledging Jesus as Savior and Lord over our life. The alternative is, it will take place at another time when you must face this Jesus in judgment. We will either bow to Jesus as Savior, or bow before him as judge. Unfortunately, if we are bowing before him as our judge then acknowledging him as Lord at that point may be too late.
Let's remember this as we go about each day God has given us and remember our marching orders... "Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit"...
AMEN!
"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. – Revelation 20:11-15
