Dear Precious Friends,
I love this scripture on this beautiful Tuesday Morning... What a great reminder that God will help us grow in grace until He has completed His work in our life. It is so easy to feel discouraged....we must remember that God won't give up on us. When we feel incomplete, unfinished, or distressed by our shortcomings, remember God's promise and provision. WE must not let our present condition rob us of the joy of knowing Christ or keep us from growing closer to Him. When we belong to Christ, we must not let life's setbacks and failures discourage us.
So what do we do? We stand firm in God's word and who we are in Him.... God will certainly perfect the good work He started in each of us - we live our lives in full cooperation with Him, as we present our bodies to Him as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him... so that we achieve spiritual maturity in this life, and in the ages to come, will receive our glorified bodies and rich rewards. Hallelujah! In the meantime, keep on keeping on by seeking Him with all our hearts, loving Him with all our hearts and by pouring into our relationship with Him keeping it vital by studying His Word and spending time in His presence and in prayer. WOW... our end goal is not this earth... we focus on eternity and what we are here for... What a gift to know this... and know we are HWIPS.. (His works in progress)!!!
