Dear Precious Friends,
Each morning I pray, Lord what do you want me to share today and this message is what I feel called to share.... I feel as though we can ALL relate to this scripture because we are all experiencing troubles of some sort... God's word reminds us over and over in John 16:33 that "In this world you will have trouble, but take heart, I have overcome the world". What we often forget is what comes at the beginning of this scripture: 'I HAVE TOLD YOU ALL THIS SO YOU MAY HAVE PEACE". No PEACE= NO JESUS... KNOW PEACE= KNOW JESUS.
There is not one tear that falls from our eyes that he doesn't collect in a jar.. He knows every single hair on our heads and He knit us together in our mothers wombs! He reminds us in Psalm 16:8 "I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken."
In this journey of life we are in, we are called to become more like Jesus. His word reminds us not if troubles come our way but WHEN... We are to see our troubles and struggles as opportunities to exercise our Faith Muscle. He promises us to be with us in the trough times.. He promises us His strength to endure them...There is something that happens inside of me when I fly in the face of logic or reason and take that step of faith, in the midst of troubles, and say, “God. I do not know what or why this is happening. I just know that I trust You when troubles come my way, and consider it an opportunity for great joy.
My friends, we need each other now more than ever. Let's remind each other of God's truth in our struggles. We have a country that needs our prayers and our example more than ever. We are to Love God. Love Others and share Him with all we come in contact with.
May we go about our day and these difficulties knowing He is with us, we can sing of His goodness and know He is with us no matter what we are facing... There is something that happens inside of us when take that step of faith, in the midst of troubles, and say, “God. I do not know what or why this is happening. I just know that I trust You when troubles come my way, and consider it an opportunity for great joy.
