Dear Precious Friends,
On this Soul Filled Sunday, what are your plans to fill your soul today? I'd love for you to share! As we walk into a new day we are reminded that even while we may be suffering, we are comforted, because His promise, His word gives us life! "In His Presence O Lord, there is fullness of joy..."
We are to pour our hearts to Him in prayer because in His presence we have peace that passes all understanding.
He reminds us to "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest".
He reminds us to cast our burdens on Him because He cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7.
We are walking through the most difficult of times. We need each other and we need to reach out to those in the greatest need. Let's rise up and believe miracles still happen every day because they do. God will do great things in us and through us.
Who can we call today? Who can we pray for today? How can we reach out to help those in greatest need? How can we help someone? This is how we rise up and out of our darkness.
Our enemy wants us to be miserable and sad. He wants us to give up and doubt.
Satan wants us to surrender and it sometimes feels like that would be easier, however we know He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world. We are to trust the Lord even though we don't understand and can't see what He is doing... Jesus wants us to trust Him and believe He will do the impossible. Laying our burdens at the throne and giving them to Jesus is one of the greatest threats to darkness.
I pray we live in such a miraculous way, serving the Lord and His kingdom ... that others will look at us and want what we have, the greatest gift there is... Our Lord and Savior... Let's trust in Him wholeheartedly as we live out this truth!
