Dear Precious Friends,
On this Wonderful Wednesday I am praying for all of us, for our country, for us to walk through this time of DIVIDE loving one another knowing the truth of this post.
Our job description as Christians.... Love God. Love Others. Make Disciples. We are to be the light in a dark world despite our differences of opinion and stance politically.
Some battles are ours to fight (with a heart of faith and our mind set on Him), and others, we're meant to entrust to the Lord completely.
Let's continue to Pray for our country, speak truth in love, be Jesus to the least of us....
Only one life twill soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last. Lets make our day count for Him.
"Love finds no joy in unrighteousness but rejoices in the truth.” –
1 Cor 13:6
Jesus was talking to some Jews who had just become believers in John 8:32 when he said this:
1. If you continue in my word
2. Then you are my disciples
3. And you shall know the truth
4. And the truth shall make you free. '
That is a progression that says we must continue reading and living the word to become a disciple. Then we shall know what the truth is and the truth that we KNOW will make us free.Truth and honesty are rare qualities, but valued ones. The Bible says in
John 8:32, You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free ...
To know the truth is to know Jesus. The truth of who Jesus is reminds us who we are in Him. And this truth sets us free from the lies and bondage of this world.
The world may say, “You are not good enough.” Jesus says, “With God all things are possible.”
The world may say, “Your weaknesses are too many.” Jesus says, “In your weakness I am strong.
The world may say, “You are worthless.” Jesus says, “While you were still sinners, I died for you.”
Know God. Know Truth. No God. No Truth.
