Dear Precious Friends,
On this beautiful new day I was pondering what to share for such a time as this. I've had many people reach out to me for prayer for what is happening in our world and for their personal life happenings. We have been discussing all year Psalm 90:12 "Teach us to make the most of our time so that we may grow in wisdom." We know the reason we are here is to Love God and Love Others. What better way to rob us of our purpose than to discourage us.
The enemy wants us be discouraged and live in fear. So when fear comes a knocking on the door we have to stand firm in truth. This comes by spending time with the Lord, knowing His word, praying and worshipping HIm. We then realize God wants us to use the gift of today, the promises God has given us, the fact that we have today and today is potent to the promises of God. Let us see His goodness and celebrate in the land of the living. God's kingdom moves when we claim His promises and trust Him... let us bow before Him and pray Psalm 90!
Let us see your miracles once again and let us see your glory at work. Let's get more bold in our prayer and instead of fear we ask Him for gladness in the places where we see misery.
Today we have access to the word of God... Life is hard, Pray God's promises. Give us gladness in proportion to our former misery. May we live this day on purpose, with beauty and flourishing in mind. Our world needs the gifts God has entrusted to us. Don’t look at this world as a problem to be fixed, but rather, as an opportunity to know, experience, and reflect God to souls that desperately need to know Him. If you wake up and find yourself weighed down by the world and the events that are happening, turn to Psalm 90 and pray the verses.
