Dear Precious Friends,
As we are entering a new week and the ground below us feels shaken, we quickly see how tightly we're clinging to things that were never meant to anchor us. Our Lord, the Prince of Peace is here.... He is with us.... He holds us with and is greater than any fear that tries to take us. We need Him desperately and He holds us tightly when we let go.... Let's pour out our trust in Him... remember His plans for us are good. Breathe through the chaos, the lies, the anger, the things of this world that are thrown at us that the enemy wants us to buy into as truth. We have a Savior that who promised He will provide. Let Him rule over our thoughts and actions.
Let our faith access what God has already done.He speaks peace to the depths of our souls and heals our hearts.
Let us look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him ended on the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
Hebrews 6:19 This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells]
