Praying Woman

Dear Precious Friends,
On this beautiful new day, this gift from God, we live this day knowing the incredible blessing it is, asking God to fill us with His presence and peace. I was listening to Max Lucado this morning and he was filled with great reminders and pearls of wisdom that I must share with you! In the midst of our current circumstances with one challenge after another, sometimes we wonder "Am I going to survive?"
Paul reminds us in Phil 4:7 " And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. "
We can go to our Savior with gratitude and worship, lay out our prayer requests and pray about everything.
We will receive the peace from God. In the midst of chaos and difficulties, we can receive this precious gift and not let our hearts be troubled.
Jesus promises His peace ... the same peace that calmed His heart, the peace that steadied His voice, the peace that kept His thoughts clear... the peace He had to walk through the unbelievable act of grace He gave us so we could have eternal life. This peace can be our peace and guard our hearts and minds. Peace happens when we pray. Be anxious for nothing He reminds us, but in everything by prayer and supplication make your requests known to God. When we make time for prayer and lay out our requests to God, .. He guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6-7
Isaiah reminds us when we are in a storm to take our problem to Christ and stand on His promises... put the Lord in remembrance of His promises. Isaiah 62:6
God said he will walk us through the valley and never leave us or forsake us. Find a scripture that fits your circumstance and pray His word over it. God answers our prayers and we overcome. The path of peace is paved with prayer.
When prayers flow out with praise, something wonderful happens, "The peace of God guards our hearts and minds in Jesus"... May we all experience the peace God gives and may we all experience the fullness of joy from being in His presence no matter our circumstance.
AMEN!
