Dear Precious Friends,
On this amazing new day, this gift from God, I pray we wake up seeking HIs presence first. In His Presence is fullness of joy!!!
I AM IN AWE THAT THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE AVAILS HIMSELF TO EACH OF US THROUGH OUR LORD AND SAVIOR!!!
WOW WOW WOW!!!
God’s presence is as simple as being in the presence of a friend. It’s as simple and concrete as being around a person except for one simple truth: God never leaves. We can know this when we carve out time with Him... Without the distractions and "busyness" of the world.
How many times have you sat down for your quiet time only to scroll on your phone, check your email, etc...and unfortunately we miss out on the fact that God is closer than your breath.
We find hope for encountering the presence of God in Psalm 27:4. Scripture says, “One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.” This pursuit, this action of seeking the living God, never comes back void. To seek God is to encounter Him! God is already with you. He is already closer than He could ever be. His Spirit, his presence in the earth, never leaves us nor forsakes us. When we seek Him ... we can encounter him.
Psalm 139:7 says, “Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence?” His presence is always available. He never leaves us or forsakes us. He’s a God who would suffer and die that he might tear the veil and make his presence fully, continuously available to all those who would seek him.
TURN OFF THE SOUNDS OF THE WORLD AND TAKE TIME TO TAKE IN HIS WORD, HIS ABSOLUTE TRUTH... TAKE IN SOME WORSHIP MUSIC: HERE'S A GREAT SONG:
Lift up your prayers and petitions to Him and experience His presence working in our lives...
WOW WOW WOW...Our greatest desire is to live in His presence each and every day.
Let's not let the world take over our focus...
We desire to live in God's presence each day, after all we will enjoy our relationship with Him through Jesus Christ forever.
AMEN!
