Lord, we lift up our youth to You. We pray a hedge of protection around them and their senses. Give them spiritual eyes that discern what is good and what is wicked. Give them ears to hear Your voice, that they would not go left or right but be able to hear Your voice, this is the way, walk in it. Lord, anoint their hands for Kingdom work. Hurl them forth as laborers. Lord that they would not look back, but keep their hands on the plow. Lord, give them a heart that longs for You and seeks to worship You in Spirit and truth, that their worship would be a pleasing aroma to You. That their praise would rise like incense to You O worthy King. Lord, give them a taste for only You. Lord, they have tasted Your goodness. Keep them hungry for You. Lord, pour out Your Spirit on all flesh. You’ve called them for such a time as this!
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord. Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth.”
