Dear Friends,
Every day it seems there are more attacks and challenges in our world, our community and in everything we've ever known. So... what do we do? First and foremost we are to love one another the way God loves us... Love our neighbor as ourselves.
Not only do we face battles in our world, but many are battling personal issues... Family issues, work, health issues, loss, grief, great disappointments... So what do we do? What do we do when battles show up we don't choose, cause or anticipate... We must remember we don't have to fight this battle. The Lord reminds us " do not be afraid, do not be discouraged... We say the battle is the Lords, but we take it back. We worry when we could be worshipping... Let's give God the battle... sometimes its too big and we can't figure it out.. We have to look beyond what's coming against us. So how do we fight? Change the focus... We will win the fight...
It's time we armor up and remember who we are and whose we are... Sons and Daughters of the one true King. Greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world. Give God His battle back... no matter what we are facing... our eyes need to be focused on Him... We need to praise God for how big He is... He is bigger than our biggest battle... God will fight our battle... Give God back our battle, how do we do this.. . Look beyond what is coming against us and look at God who is fighting for us.. We get His wisdom, His angels, He wants His battle back... We need to focus and remember Greater is He who is in me than He who is in the world!!
I love this reminder of who we are and whose we are. Let's remember this as we go about this day and seek God for all things. Whatever battle we are facing... Let's give it to God and praise Him as we walk through the storms of life knowing we are in the the best hands and how much He loves us...Let's let Him battle for us as we praise Him in the storm knowing we are in the best hands as He fights for us.
