Dear Precious Friends,
As we embrace this new day, I pray we are staying strong IN THE LORD. If you are like me, if I rely on myself, forget it!!! When I rely on the Lord and His strength, nothing can shake me. We must remember this and let it be at the forefront of all our thoughts and actions!
Every day we face challenges that try to move us away from God’s plan and purpose for our lives. We are tempted to act out of character. We are tempted to give in to the pride of our own hearts, relying on ourselves rather than fully relying on God. Unfortunately, all of these decisions will put us in a position to lose the battle. If we are to see victory over the obstacles we are currently facing, it will take us learning the battle strategy from the one who knows best. God has strategic weapons to dismantle every attack of the enemy. God does not fight like we fight. His weapons are much greater than ours as 2 Corinthians 10:4 states For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
Today, instead of cowering down to the enemy of doubt, fear and insecurity. Instead of giving into the temptation to quit. Instead of allowing the whispers of the enemy to stop us in your tracks, we must fight back! We must stand strong as Ephesians 6:10-11 states. "Finally be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil." When we allow God to be your defense, your strong tower, He can perfect all things that concern us. After all, He has already equipped us with the weapons that work; prayer, worship, and the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God. So remember When the enemy comes at us with all that He has, we don’t need to fear, but simply run to our source, Jesus Christ. It is through Him, we will see victory in each situation. He exposes every scheme and tactic and renders them useless!
Let's remember God's truth and stay strong in the Lord!
Have a beautiful day knowing how loved we are!
Amen.
